1. Services

prosite.uz provides web development, e-commerce development, SEO optimization, performance optimization, AI-powered website solutions, and related digital services. All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual project agreements.

2. Project Agreements

Each project begins with a detailed proposal including scope, timeline, and pricing. Work commences upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the initial payment as outlined in the agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. We accept bank transfers, wire transfers, and online payment methods.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranties and Support

All projects include a support period as specified in the project agreement. During this period, we fix bugs and issues at no additional cost. Extended maintenance plans are available separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

prosite.uz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
